Senior CM Analyst

Facilitate and execute change management communication and engagement activities throughout the implementation of the project
Facilitate other interventions aligned with the defined objectives and strategic activities
Coordinate with different stakeholders and stakeholder groups to execute CM activitiesPrepare and release communication materials
Monitor and support training activities
Measure adoption and awareness based on the Change Management Plan
Provide support to the Change Strategist and/or system implementor in the preparation, review, and alignment of OCM strategies and plans
