Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic initiatives within a telco sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, managing project scope, timelines, budget, risks, and stakeholder expectations while driving successful business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or in a similar project leadership role.
• Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall delivery of projects and serve as the primary point of accountability to business sponsors and key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Manage project scope, ensuring completeness, quality, and proper governance of change requests.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, including escalation management and Steering Committee updates.
• Monitor and control project budgets, burn rates, forecasts, vendor payments, and overall financial performance.
• Track and report project status, ensuring transparency across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risks.
• Facilitate Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings and drive alignment among project stakeholders.
• Coordinate project quality reviews and work closely with the PMO to ensure compliance with governance standards.
• Manage business and operational dependencies to ensure successful delivery of business outcomes.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), providing support to business users throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed quality standards.
