Senior RPA Developer

Responsibilities:

• Participate in planning and providing input to work estimations.
• Validate project requirements, prepares technical designs, and recommends necessary hardware and software.
• Develop components according to specifications and standards while providing regular progress, risk, and issue updates.
• Design and execute unit, integration, and system tests, including incident resolution and documentation of test cycles.
• Collaborate with Testing Services to resolve defects and supports ongoing automation changes and enhancements. 

Qualifications:

• 5 to 7+ years experience in software development or automation. 
• 3 to 5 years hands-on RPA development experience.
• Strong proficiency in RPA platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate).
• Experience with orchestration tools, queue management, logging, and exception handling.
• Knowledge of APIs, SQL, JSON/XML, and scripting (VB.NET, Python, PowerShell) is beneficial.
• Ability to lead development activities, perform code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
• Preferred certifications: UiPath Advanced Developer, Blue Prism Professional Developer, or equivalent.
