About the Role
We are looking for a highly proactive and customer-focused Senior IT Solution & Pre-Sales Consultant to join one of our Delivery Units at Indra Philippines.
This role plays a critical part in bridging business needs and technology solutions, supporting innovation initiatives, and driving customer-facing pre-sales activities across multiple technology domains. You will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to design and position solutions that address complex business challenges and create long-term value.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge, consulting capabilities, and pre-sales experience, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable and effective technology solutions.
- Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations.
- Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify solution opportunities.
- Position and articulate the value of Indra's services and technology offerings based on client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive and competitive solution proposals.
- Act as a bridge between strategy, innovation, business, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand client engagements and support business growth.
- Contribute to innovation initiatives, technology discussions, and strategic market positioning activities.
- Support the development of solution approaches for new business opportunities, bids, and proposals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the IT industry, preferably in solution consulting, pre-sales, solution architecture, or related customer-facing roles.
- Proven experience supporting pre-sales engagements, solutioning activities, proposal development, and client presentations.
- Broad understanding of enterprise technology solutions, including exposure to one or more of the following domains:
- Data & Analytics
- Digital Channels
- Application Development
- ERP Solutions
- Middleware and Integration Platforms
- Low-Code Solutions
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical and value-driven technology solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a systems integrator, IT consulting, or technology services environment.
- Exposure to digital transformation, enterprise modernization, or innovation-led initiatives.
- Experience responding to RFPs, RFIs, and solution proposal requests.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture and solution design practices.
