Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Partner with senior executives and business leaders to influence change adoption and minimize resistance. Design and deliver communication plans, training programs, and readiness assessments. Consulting & Advisory Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, offering insights on organizational design, culture, and transformation strategies. Facilitate workshops and executive briefings to align change initiatives with business priorities. Measurement & Continuous Improvement Define success metrics and track progress against change objectives. Identify lessons learned and integrate improvements into future change programs.
