Roles and Responsibilities
Handle in terms of operations multiple resource profiles assigned to the client.
Conduct regular alignment and sync-up meetings with both handled resource and client counterparts
Maintenance and planning of overall financial management of the account with alignment to direct manager
Maintenance and management of internal systems for the project being supported
Creation of billing request
Coordination and tracking of billed items with internal billing team
Coordination and resolution of escalations from both resource and client counterpart
Reporting of project financial and operations updates to upper management

Qualification
Good communication skills
Good presentation skills
Knowledgeable in MS Office , especially Excel and PPT
Mus be good in handling people with different type of personality and different age groups
Must be able to work independently with urgency/ proactiveness
Must be organized
