The consultants shall document, track, and update project schedules. The consultants shall monitor project tasks and coordinate them with the project team to meet project objectives. The consultants shall monitor progress against schedule and raise risks and issues of delay. The consultants shall monitor risks, issues, actions, decisions, and lessons learned. The consultants shall assist in the preparation of working level and management level status reports and presentation materials. The consultants shall prepare the minutes of project team meetings. The consultants shall file and maintain project artifacts. The consultants shall provide support in preparation of test scenarios and test cases. The consultants shall provide support in solution testing. The consultants shall provide support in the investigation and monitoring of bugs and incidents. The consultants shall provide support in the preparation of training materials, user manuals, and quick reference guides. The consultants shall provide support in user training.
