L2 Network Administrator

MINIMUM:
- Graduate of Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent/related course
- 2 Year minimum working experience in network technical support/customer service
- Solid Network troubleshooting skills
- with experience in working with LAN / WAN / Wireless
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

PREFERRED:
- Graduate of Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent/related course
- at least 2-3 years solid working experience in network technical support and/or network administrator role
- Practical knowledge and experience in working with enterprise LAN / WAN / Wireless environments; preferably in administering/configuring CISCO, Lenovo, HPE, and/or Huawei Network Appliances
- General knowledge in server OS networking (i.e. Windows/Linux server OS connectivity troubleshooting & analysis)
- Knowledge in ITIL methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- CCNA/CCNP certification, a plus
