Job Description:
- Must have good knowledge of Salesforce as primary technology (support or implementation).
- Knowledge in Heroku and PostgreSQL is a plus
- Knowledge in AWS is a plus
- 1-2 years of working experience in Customer Management Systems support/implementation is preferred

Comments Degree:
College graduate, preferrably in IT or computer related courses

Technical Knowledge:

  • Basic knowledge of SQL programming and stored procedures.

  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, with 1–2 years of experience.

  • Familiarity with Heroku, CXM, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Functional Knowledge:

  • Basic knowledge of functional support, with 1–2 years of experience.

  • Basic knowledge of corrective maintenance.
