Junior Maximo Consultant (SQL)

Duties and responsibilities:

1. Perform Operations and Maintenance activities in IBM Maximo, and IBM Cognos Supported Applications.
2. Develop ad hoc extract reports based on approved user requirements.3. Facilitate deployment of enhancements. Collaborate in the change and release plans.
4. Handle regular request fulfilments such as Special extract, System Maintenance and Data Conversion/Modification. Adequately document activities and adhere to clients approval process.
5. Handle Incident Management and relay to responsible groups, when necessary.

8. On-site client support with work schedule of regular (8AM to 5PM), 24x7 Scheduled On-call Suppport, and Monday to Friday Shifting Schedule (6AM-2PM, 2PM-10PM). Work schedule may change as needed by the client possible for overtime work, or weekend/holiday work if needed .
9. Maybe assigned for on-call support on Weekends, Holidays, or outside Regular Working Hours.
10. Perform other duties/responsibilities that may be assigned as needed

Qualifications:

1. SQL, PL/SQL, and databases (Oracle SQL, MySQL) is required
2. Linux or Unix is preferred3. PowerBI is a plus
4. IBM Cognos is a plus
5. IBM Maximo is a plus
6. Experience in data processing and extraction is a plus
7. Must be detail-oriented and can work independently
8. Willing to work in Operations Support/Service Management structure
9. Basic ITIL knowledge a plus
10. Business Analysis experience a plus
11. Willing to work on-site work on regular weekdays work schedule of regular (8AM to 5PM), Shifting Schedule (6AM-2PM, and 2PM-10PM).
12. Willing to work on-call, on weekends, or Holidays if needed.
