Junior Deskside Support

Responsibilities:

• Manual installation of EUFS security patches on workstations if the deployment from the server fails.
• Manual remediation of workstations for those not patched successfully by the MECM tool remotely.
• Manual deployment of OS patches and security updates for Red Hat systems.
• Manual remediation of VMWARE Systems (ESXi host / vCenter).
• Manual application level security remediation.
• Manual addressing high-medium  and low risk vulnerabilities as prioritized by Client's security policy.
• Coordination with AXA teams for change window and post-remediation validation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software troubleshooting, and Windows OS.
• Good English communication skills, patience, and a strong desire to learn.
• Able to follow clear IT rules and work well in an on-site team environment.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati City.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
