Jr. to Mid SAP HCM Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • Perform troubleshooting for issues encountered by the Client on their SAP HCM system and provide resolution to these issues.

  • Perform configurations on SAP HCM systems.

  • Perform unit and integration testing as required by the configurations performed in SAP HCM systems.

  • Assist in user acceptance testing for SAP HCM Systems performed by the Client's Group and resolve issues related to SAP HR expertise.

  • Produce documentations related to configurations and testing performed in SAP HCM Systems.

  • Conduct end user training for the Client's business users as needed.

  • Create how-to documentation to aid the Client's users in using the SAP HCM Systems effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration or similar course.

  • 2-4 years' experience in SAP HCM implementation and support.

  • Have at least 2-4 years' experience in Payroll preferably Philippine payroll.

  • Willing to work on a hybrid setup at Ortigas, Pasig City.
