Data Analytics Lead

Job Summary

Responsible for managing data and technical solution offerings, developing solution architectures and technical proposals, and ensuring the quality and alignment of project deliverables with business objectives. Provides technical governance and quality assurance across data initiatives, supports capability development, and collaborates with Delivery Leads and stakeholders to define and implement scalable data solutions. May also take on direct project and solution architecture assignments as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable data solution architectures and technical proposals
• Define data integration, data warehousing, analytics, and cloud solution strategies
• Ensure quality, security, governance, and compliance of data solutions and deliverables
• Provide technical leadership, architecture reviews, and risk assessments for data initiatives
• Support capability development, standards, frameworks, and best practices for data engineering and analytics
• Collaborate with Delivery Leads, business stakeholders, and project teams to align technical direction with business goals
• Participate in client discussions, solution presentations, and technical workshops
• Provide guidance and mentoring to technical and delivery teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
• 8–10 years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, analytics, or enterprise data solution delivery
• Strong experience in designing and implementing enterprise data platforms, data warehouses, data lakes, and integration solutions
• Experience with cloud data platforms and technologies such as Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar
• Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT, data modeling, database technologies, data governance, and analytics solutions
• Experience in technical solutioning, architecture design, and proposal development
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and SDLC processes
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring resources is preferred
