Cybersecurity Platforms Operations - GRC (SaaS) + Threat Exposure

Responsibilities:
- Provide basic support for monitoring and service request processing for cybersecurity platforms.
- Log, assign, and follow up on tickets in accordance with 24/7 operations.
- Support active monitoring of dashboards and surface level alert reviews.
- Help document request types, platform responses, and ticket handling steps.
- Assist in compiling weekly, monthly, and quarterly service level reports with guidance.
- Participate in rotating shifts to ensure 24/7 operational coverage.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree (more than 3 years)
- 2 to 3 years of IT or system administration, network administration, or security operations experience.
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure services and networking.
- Hands on experience with at least 1 to 2 security platforms or infrastructure tools.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in IT helpdesk or cybersecurity support.
- Experience in platform support and service delivery
- Identifies repetitive operational tasks and proactively proposes automation opportunities.
- Has hands-on experience developing scripts or automation using tools such as PowerShell, Bash, Python, Terraform, or similar technologies.
- Demonstrates ownership by driving improvements rather than waiting for tasks to be assigned.
- Can articulate how their automation initiatives improved efficiency, reduced manual effort, or enhanced service quality.
- Shows curiosity and a continuous learning mindset by exploring new technologies and process improvements.
