Qualifications
- 4+ years IBM Maximo development experience- Must have experience with IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 8 preferred)
- Must have experience developing Maximo enhancements, configurations, and customizations
- Must have knowledge of Maximo Automation Scripts, Java, SQL, REST APIs, and integration concepts
- Must have experience with testing, deployment, and defect resolution
- Must have experience in the Energy & Utilities industry is preferred
- IBM Maximo certification is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Maximo enhancements based on approved requirements
- Configure and customize Maximo applications and business processes
- Develop integrations, automation scripts, and custom components as required
- Support testing, deployment, and post-release validation activities
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation
- Coordinate with functional consultants and technical teams
- Act as L3 support for escalated issues
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and technical best practices
