Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support business process workshops and solution discussions.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solutions.
• Configure SAP solutions based on approved designs and business requirements.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documentation, and test scenarios.
• Execute testing activities, analyze defects, and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.
• Support integration, enhancement, and data migration activities with technical teams.
• Support cutover preparation, deployment activities, and hypercare stabilization.
• Provide guidance and support to junior consultants where applicable.

Delivery & Quality Expectations

• Complete assigned activities according to project timelines and agreed quality standards.
• Ensure deliverables are accurate, complete, and aligned with project requirements.
• Follow SAP implementation methodology, project governance, and delivery standards.
• Apply SAP best practices and industry standards in solution delivery.
• Maintain proper documentation for functional specifications, configuration, testing, and solution decisions.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years SAP HCM functional consulting experience.
• Good SAP process knowledge with S/4HANA implementation experience- S/4HANA conversion experience preferred.
• Experience with the latest SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition release or at least two major releases back.
• SAP HCM certification is a plus.
