💻 Join our Software Production Division, leading Web Portals projects!
This unit is responsible for the design and development of advanced web solutions for critical environments, ensuring accessibility, security, and high‑quality user experience in large‑scale platforms.
💡 What will you do?
- Lead and coordinate a Web Portals development team (10–15 people).
- Supervise the technical progress of projects and monitor assigned tasks.
- Provide technical support when blockers or questions arise within the team.
- Conduct periodic performance evaluations of team members.
- Ensure proper technical coordination within the team and with other areas, especially with the technical coordinator of the solution.
- Participate in the design and development of web portals, ensuring quality and functionality.
- Ensure the application of best practices in web security and data protection.
- Contribute to defining UI/UX and accessibility standards (WCAG).
🎯 What are we looking for in you?
- At least 3 years of experience leading teams and managing web development projects.
- Minimum 5 years of experience developing web applications and portals.
- Strong command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Knowledge of web security, UI/UX, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience with JEE (EJB, JMS, JPA, JAX‑RS, JAX‑WS) and OpenJDK 8 or higher.
- Experience with relational databases (Oracle) and PL/SQL.
