We are looking for an experienced RF Design Engineer with strong background in the design of transmission and reception RF architectures across multiple frequency bands. The ideal candidate has solid experience in mixed-signal design and high-efficiency RF power amplifiers, preferably within space or satellite-oriented environments.

• Design detailed RF transmission and reception architectures across different frequency bands.
• Design and simulate high-efficiency RF Power Amplifiers using technologies such as GaN, GaAs and LDMOS.
• Develop compact RF circuits, including System on Chip (SoC) solutions with mixed analog and digital integration.
• Perform linear and non-linear RF simulations using tools such as ADS or equivalent.
• Carry out analog simulations using SPICE-based tools (e.g., LTSpice or similar).
• Work with RF laboratory instrumentation including Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, and scalar and vector signal generators.
• Contribute to RF subsystem design oriented to satellite and spaceborne applications.

• Advanced experience in RF circuit design 
• Advanced knowledge of mixed-signal design (analog/digital SoC or RF/digital interfaces).
• Advanced experience in RF Power Amplifier design.
• Advanced experience in RF circuit simulation using SPICE-based tools.
• Advanced knowledge of oscillators, VCOs, PLLs, DTOs and digital PLOs.
• Advanced experience with modulators, demodulators and frequency converters.
• Hands-on experience with RF simulation tools such as ADS or equivalent.
• Experience working with RF laboratory measurement equipment.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
