As the Space Business Unit of Indra Group, we combine cutting-edge technology with a full value chain approach—from satellite design and integration to ground segment and operations. With the integration of Deimos and strategic participation in Hispasat and Hisdesat, we are scaling Europe’s space autonomy and contributing to flagship programs like IRIS², Galileo, EGNOS, and Copernicus.
💡 What will you do?
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities in space or high‑tech environments, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
- Manage projects involving customers at different organizational levels.
- Act as the main interface with customers and providers, ensuring effective communication and follow‑up.
- Coordinate work across multidisciplinary and multicultural teams in international environments.
- Monitor financial aspects of projects, including cost tracking and internal controls.
- Use project planning tools to manage schedules, milestones, and resources.
- Prepare, consolidate, and present project reports to different management and stakeholder levels.
- Support commercial activities by contributing to a customer‑oriented and value‑driven project approach.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
🎯 What are we looking for?
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in European or subsidized projects.
✅ Experience working with international partners.
✅ Knowledge of project operations: eligible costs, deliverables, commitments with the Commission, etc.
✅ Experience in coordination, especially in R&D or aerospace projects.
✅ Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams across different locations.
✅ Coordination of partners, subcontracting, and procurement.
✅ Availability to work in a hybrid model in Madrid.
✅ Experience working with international partners.
✅ Knowledge of project operations: eligible costs, deliverables, commitments with the Commission, etc.
✅ Experience in coordination, especially in R&D or aerospace projects.
✅ Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams across different locations.
✅ Coordination of partners, subcontracting, and procurement.
