💡 What will you do?

 

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities in space or high‑tech environments, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Manage projects involving customers at different organizational levels.
  • Act as the main interface with customers and providers, ensuring effective communication and follow‑up.
  • Coordinate work across multidisciplinary and multicultural teams in international environments.
  • Monitor financial aspects of projects, including cost tracking and internal controls.
  • Use project planning tools to manage schedules, milestones, and resources.
  • Prepare, consolidate, and present project reports to different management and stakeholder levels.
  • Support commercial activities by contributing to a customer‑oriented and value‑driven project approach.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word.

 

🎯 What are we looking for?

 

✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in European or subsidized projects.
✅ Experience working with international partners.
✅ Knowledge of project operations: eligible costs, deliverables, commitments with the Commission, etc.
✅ Experience in coordination, especially in R&D or aerospace projects.
✅ Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams across different locations.
✅ Coordination of partners, subcontracting, and procurement.
✅ Availability to work in a hybrid model in Madrid.
