We are looking for a Java Architect to define and maintain the product vision for our ticketing platform, leading technical decisions and working closely with business and agile teams.
💡 What will you do?
- Define and maintain the product vision: target architecture, technical roadmaps, and quality standards.
- Design Java architectures (microservices, APIs, integration) and guide their evolution in an agile environment.
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies—dailies, refinements, and reviews—ensuring technical‑functional alignment.
- Document and communicate decisions using Confluence, Enterprise Architect, and Draw.io; follow‑up via Jira.
- Collaborate with related platforms (e.g., Salesforce) for integrations and data flows.
- Ensure maintainability, performance, and security, promoting best practices in design, testing, and deployment.
- Mentor the development team and coordinate with stakeholders (product, QA, operations).

- Experience as a Java Architect or Tech Lead designing microservices and API‑based solutions.
- Proficiency using Jira, Confluence, Draw.io, Enterprise Architect; familiarity with Salesforce integrations.
- Strong foundation in architecture patterns, object‑oriented design, integration (REST/Message brokers), and quality (observability, security, performance).
- Experience working with agile teams and B2B/B2G products.
- Strong communication skills and technical leadership; ability to align business and technology.
Valuable
- Previous experience in ticketing, mobility, or transportation systems.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, containers, orchestration, and DevSecOps practices.
- Background in Salesforce (Data/Service Integrations) or event‑driven architectures.
