Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Model‑Based Systems Engineer (MBSE) who will play a key role in driving our company’s MBSE ambitions. You will work independently as the in‑house expert, contributing to space missions from the earliest conceptual phases through Phase C.

Required Skills & Experience

  • MSc in Aerospace Engineering.
  • Previous experience with Systems Engineering methodologies, standards, languages, and tools, including SysML v1/v2 and ECSS‑E‑TM‑10‑25A.
  • At least 5 years of experience in MBSE activities, including moderation of concurrent engineering work.
  • Demonstrated experience in the Space Sector from Phase 0 to Phase C (full life‑cycle experience preferred).
  • Experience in Project Management or Project Management support.
  • Intermediate to expert‑level experience with Capella and/or Enterprise Architect.
  • Ability to work independently as the company’s MBSE implementation expert.
  • Fluent English, spoken and written (C1 level or above).
