🔍 What We’re Looking For

We are seeking an MBSE Engineer with a strong background in systems engineering methodologies, standards, and model‑based engineering tools. You will play a key role in defining, deploying, and supporting Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices across our space projects, taking ownership of implementing the company’s MBSE strategy.

📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Support the definition and implementation of MBSE workflows, methods, and best practices.
  • Perform systems engineering activities across early project phases (0 to C), including requirements, architecture, and model integration.
  • Moderate concurrent engineering sessions and collaborative model‑based reviews.
  • Use SysML (v1/v2), ECSS standards, and modeling tools such as Capella or Enterprise Architect to develop system models.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the full satellite and mission lifecycle.
  • Contribute to project management or project management support tasks as required.

🎯 Requirements

  • MSc in Aerospace Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in MBSE activities, including moderation of concurrent engineering work.
  • Practical experience with systems engineering methodologies, languages, and standards (e.g., SysML v1/v2, ECSS‑E‑TM‑10‑25A).
  • Previous experience in the Space Sector from Phase 0 to Phase C; full lifecycle exposure is highly valued.
  • Intermediate to expert proficiency with Capella and/or Enterprise Architect.
  • Ability to work independently and act as the MBSE subject‑matter expert for internal initiatives.
  • Experience in project management or project management support.
  • Fluent English (C1 or above).

  • Advanced knowledge of Capella and expert-level experience in Enterprise Architect 
  • Additional experience in systems architecture, design, or modeling beyond MBSE scope.
