🔍 What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a Junior SAFe Coordination Analyst with an interest in Agile environments and coordination activities. The ideal candidate has basic experience in IT or telecommunications environments, understands Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, and is eager to contribute to SAFe-based projects in structured, cross-functional teams.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Support coordination activities within Agile or SAFe environments, ensuring alignment across teams.
• Assist in tracking tasks, progress, and dependencies using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and distributed teams to facilitate communication and organization.
• Contribute to project coordination or PMO-related activities, ensuring structured reporting and follow-up.
• Support Agile ceremonies and processes, fostering team collaboration and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• More than 4 years of experience in engineering projects within telecommunications, aerospace, or similar domains, working as a technical engineer.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT, telecommunications, or Agile environments.
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and interest in SAFe framework.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Good communication skills in structured environments.
• Ability to work in cross-functional and distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to SAFe framework or Agile at scale environments.
• Basic knowledge of telecom domains (satellite communications, satellite navigation, networks, etc.).
• Experience supporting project coordination or PMO activities.
• SAFe or Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe Agilist, Scrum Fundamentals) are a plus.
