💡 What will you do?
 
  • Manage and coordinate interactions with Ground and Navigation subcontractors across space projects (G2G GSS, ULS, IRIS² GS).
  • Support the Project Manager to ensure project objectives related to subcontracting are achieved.
  • Monitor subcontractor performance, identify risks or deviations, and propose mitigation actions.
  • Participate in bid and proposal activities, ensuring correct and compliant subcontractor involvement.
  • Follow up and ensure compliance with Indra procurement and subcontracting procedures.
  • Act as the interface between internal project teams and subcontractors for ground and navigation systems.
  • Prepare and contribute to technical and management documentation related to subcontracted activities.
  • Support coordination activities with internal stakeholders to align schedules, costs, and technical scope.
 
🎯 What are we looking for?
 
✅ Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent (or proven equivalent experience).
✅ 5–10 years of experience in technical management within Defense and Security or Space projects.
✅ Advanced technical knowledge of Systems and Navigation.✅ Advanced background in Production Engineering or similar engineering disciplines.
✅ Proven experience managing subcontractors and supplier interactions.
✅ Experience supporting procurement processes and subcontracting activities.
✅ Experience working in multidisciplinary and project-driven environments.
✅ Availability to work in a hybrid model in Madrid.
