🔍 What We’re Looking For
📌 Key Responsibilities
• Drive the complete software development lifecycle: planning, design, implementation, testing, validation, and deployment.
• Apply systems engineering best practices, particularly during conception, specification, and design phases.
• Design, implement, and optimize embedded software solutions for microprocessor-based systems ensuring performance, reliability, and quality.
• Contribute to MBSE activities using tools such as Capella and Enterprise Architect.
• Ensure compliance with applicable space standards (ESA ECSS or similar) and quality validation processes.
• Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams involved in GNSS-based systems and complex space solutions.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience leading and managing software engineering teams.
• Strong experience with embedded software development in C and C++.
• Experience with microprocessor-based systems and Linux environments, especially PetaLinux.
• Solid knowledge of Python programming.
• Experience with software version management tools.
• Experience with quality validation processes.
• Strong background in systems engineering best practices, particularly in early lifecycle phases.
• Hands-on experience with MBSE tools such as Capella and Enterprise Architect (advanced level).
• Good understanding of GNSS systems, including system concepts, GNSS signals, performance, RF interference detection, and geolocation.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems.
• Fluent English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
⭐ Optional / Nice-to-Have
• Experience using MATLAB.
• Experience with requirements management tools such as DOORS.
• Familiarity with tracking and project management tools such as JIRA.
• Previous experience working under ESA ECSS standards or similar.
