🔍 What We’re Looking For
We are looking for an experienced Laboratory Technician with more than 5 years of hands-on experience in electronics laboratories, particularly in PCB manufacturing and SMD soldering. The ideal candidate will support engineering teams in the execution of space-related projects, contributing to laboratory activities, testing, repairs, and equipment management with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
 

📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Perform PCB manufacturing activities and advanced SMD soldering tasks.
  • Carry out PCB and electronic equipment repair and rework activities.
  • Use and operate electromechanical and RF laboratory equipment.
  • Fabricate test harnesses and support laboratory setups for testing activities.
  • Execute functional and integration tests on electronic subsystems and equipment.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering departments, providing laboratory support throughout project lifecycles.
  • Manage laboratory organization, control, and inventory of tools and equipment.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of laboratory processes and practices.

🎯 Requirements

  • More than 5 years of experience as a laboratory technician in electronics environments.
  • Advanced experience in special and SMD soldering techniques.
  • Advanced knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes, including additive PCB techniques.
  • Proven experience in PCB repair and electronic equipment troubleshooting.
  • Experience using electromechanical and RF test equipment.
  • Ability to perform functional and integration testing.
  • Strong organizational and laboratory management skills, including inventory control.
