Business Development Manager (Space Security & Space Surveillance)

- Identify, qualify, and capture national and international business opportunities in the fields of SST, SSA, SDA, STM, and Space Security.
- Coordinate complex proposals involving technical, commercial, financial, and contractual contributions from multidisciplinary teams.
- Develop and maintain relationships with institutional customers, public administrations, defense organizations, and space agencies.
- Support the definition and execution of business development strategies aligned with market needs and company objectives.
- Lead bid activities and coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including consortium partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Telecommunications, Physics, or a related field.
- Between 5 and 10 years of experience in business development, opportunity capture, bid management, or program management within the space, defense, aerospace, security, or satellite communications sectors.
- Functional understanding of SST, SSA, SDA, STM, Space Security, ground segment systems, radar and optical sensors, orbital cataloguing, and space operations.
- Experience working with institutional customers, public administrations, defense organizations, or space agencies.
- Proven experience coordinating bid teams and managing technical, commercial, financial, and contractual contributions.
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
