This unit leads the development of technological solutions for Backoffice systems, working with modern architectures and critical environments requiring high availability and scalability.
💡 What will you do?
- Coordinate and lead a Backend Java development team of 10–15 people.
- Oversee the technical progress of projects and monitor assigned tasks.
- Provide technical support when blockers or questions arise within the team.
- Conduct periodic performance evaluations of team members.
- Ensure proper technical coordination within the team and with other areas, especially with the technical coordinator of the solution.
- Participate in designing and creating APIs under an API First Design approach, ensuring compliance with OpenAPI and Swagger.
- Collaborate in defining microservices‑based architectures and their integration.
- Ensure code quality and enforce best development practices.
🎯 What are we looking for in you?
- Experience leading Backend Java development teams (10–15 people).
- Strong knowledge of microservices‑based architecture.
- Experience with Spring Boot, JPA (Hibernate/Spring Data), and synchronous/asynchronous microservices communication (JMS, Feign).
- Experience designing and creating APIs, and familiarity with OpenAPI and Swagger.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases (Oracle and PostgreSQL).
- Experience with JEE (EJB, JMS, JPA, JAX‑RS, JAX‑WS) and OpenJDK 8 or higher.
- Experience with PL/SQL and development of stored procedures in Oracle.
