💡 What will you do?
- Lead the definition and deployment of industrialization processes across all space system products, ensuring scalable and repeatable manufacturing and AIT/AIV workflows.
- Translate mission‑ and system‑level requirements into manufacturable architectures, influencing early design decisions to optimize cost, schedule, and production complexity.
- Act as the primary focal point between engineering, missions, programs, quality, business development, and subcontractor management.
- Define and maintain production flows, assembly sequences, and verification procedures for consistency across product lines.
- Identify industrial bottlenecks and drive design and process improvements based on manufacturability, testability, and throughput.
- Establish configuration management discipline, process control, and documentation standards aligned with space‑grade production.
- Evaluate and introduce new manufacturing technologies, tools, and automation solutions.
- Support make‑or‑buy decisions through industrial capability assessment and cost/schedule trade‑offs.
- Oversee the transition from prototype to serial production, ensuring infrastructure, processes, and teams are production‑ready.
- Conduct industrial risk assessments and participate in program reviews to ensure alignment with industrial constraints, budgets, and schedules.
