We are seeking a Senior Space Systems Engineer with strong experience across the complete lifecycle of space missions. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on expertise from Phase 0 to Phase E, deep knowledge of spacecraft systems, and the ability to lead mission‑level systems engineering activities with both internal teams and customers.

• Define the mission CONOPS, coordinating both Space Segment and Ground Segment teams.
• Support technical negotiations with customers, including requirement capture and architecture definition.
• Define and maintain the mission technical schedule.
• Capture, analyse, and maintain mission‑level requirements and flow them down into system specifications.
• Define functional chains across mission segments and ensure end‑to‑end technical coherence.
• Identify, assess, and maintain the mission technical risk matrix.
• Prepare technical documentation and deliverables in English.
• Lead functional analyses and trade‑offs to optimize system performance and ensure compliance with requirements.

• At least 4 years of experience in the Space Industry.
• Demonstrated experience across all lifecycle phases (0 to E).
• Understanding of basic orbital dynamics concepts.
• Experience working with a spacecraft or payload subsystem, preferably telecommunications.
• Strong understanding of spacecraft systems, mission design, and space technologies.
• Proficiency in systems engineering principles: requirements analysis, architecture design, integration, verification, and validation.
• Experience in technical negotiations with customers and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Professional fluency in English.

• Background in radio communications or signal intelligence.
• Experience with IBM Rational DOORS.
• Experience with Capella and/or Enterprise Architect.
