Are you a recent graduate or junior engineer eager to launch your career in a global technology leader? Indra Group is seeking a motivated Junior Engineer to support our Air Traffic Control (ATC) projects in South Korea and abroad. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to the safety and efficiency of air navigation.

💡 What will you do?

  • Assist with hardware installation, software configuration, system tuning, testing, training, and maintenance of ATC systems.
  • Support senior engineers during on-site troubleshooting, system checks, and testing.
  • Participate in system configuration and network setup under supervision.
  • Deliver training to Air Traffic Controllers and Technicians.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of project activities and system status, following Indra standards.
  • Generate documentation during on-site activities (testing, training, support, maintenance).
  • Maintain systems and install new software versions as needed.
  • Communicate directly with Indra Factory to report and reproduce system issues.
  • Support customers and project teams as directed by senior engineers and project managers.

  • Degree in Aeronautics, Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 0–5 years of experience (recent graduates and junior profiles welcome).
  • Junior-level experience and knowledge in hardware systems, including concepts, IP configuration, log analysis, and maintenance of servers and workstations.
  • Basic knowledge of Air Traffic Control systems; familiarity with radar systems is a plus.
  • Skills in Linux OS, Microsoft Office, and basic hardware architecture (servers, workstations, routers, switches).
  • Programming and software configuration skills are a plus.
  • Understanding of network communication is a plus.
  • Strong English language skills (spoken and written); Korean is a plus.
  • Availability to travel.
