Junior CM Analyst

Support the execution of change management communication and engagement activities during project implementation.
Assist in implementing change management interventions aligned with project objectives and planned activities.
Coordinate with project team members and stakeholders to facilitate scheduled change management activities.Draft, format, and distribute communication materials under the guidance of senior team members.
Assist in organizing, coordinating, and monitoring training and learning activities.
Track and report adoption, awareness, and participation metrics based on the Change Management Plan.
Provide administrative and analytical support in the preparation, review, and maintenance of organizational change management (OCM) plans, communication plans, stakeholder analyses, and related project documentation.
Maintain change management documentation, trackers, and status reports to ensure accurate and timely project records.
Support the collection of stakeholder feedback and escalate issues or risks to senior team members when appropriate.
