IT Asset and Configuration Management Analyst

Manage IT assets and configuration items during service transitions and throughout their lifecycle

Develop and implement asset/configuration management strategies, policies, and procedures supporting transition projects Ensure audit compliance for asset management, especially during onboarding/offboarding of services

Maintain and update the Configuration Management Database like CMDB to reflect transitional changes accurately Collaborate with transition, IT, and business teams to support change, incident, and problem management during service transitions

Analyze asset and configuration data throughout transitions, providing insights and improvement recommendations Lead and mentor team members within the transition management function Liaise with vendors to ensure SLA compliance for asset procurement and disposal during transitions
