Delivery Lead/Technical PM for Solutions Engine

Delivery Lead who shall be responsible for all work performed under this proposal. He shall be MERALCO single point of contact (SPOC) on issues and concerns related to day-to-day operations.

1. Focal point of contact for all Service-related communication2. Ensure that the Indra team members are aware of their respective roles and responsibilities and the team when they are needed in the service
3. Ensures that the proper execution of the service plan is maintained
4. Coordination with required parties to ensure resources are available
5. Escalate and resolve service issues
6. Provide monthly status update to MERALCO counterpart
7. Analyze risks and makes decisions to meet business objectives
8. Ensure compliance with delivery schedule and quality. In case expectations are not met establish clear action steps to address the issues in order to achieve the agreed upon targets.
9. Other duties and responsibilities involving authority to decide whenever necessary on behalf of INDRA with respect to the supervision and performance of the Services described in the SOW.
10. Assist client Project Lead/BA in project coordination
11. Assist and mentor team members to help them grow and develop their skills.
