Ground and Navigation Space Subcontractor Manager. Hybrid

- Manage interactions and coordination with Ground and Navigation subcontractors across project activities.
- Support Project Managers in ensuring project objectives related to subcontractors are achieved.
- Identify risks and propose mitigation actions to address subcontractor-related issues and unforeseen events.
- Participate in bid and proposal activities, ensuring the adequate involvement of subcontractors.
- Follow, coordinate, and ensure compliance with corporate procurement and purchasing procedures.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and support project execution from a subcontract management perspective.
- Experience managing subcontractors within Ground and Navigation space projects.
- Knowledge of procurement and purchasing processes.
- Experience supporting project managers in project execution and coordination activities.
- Ability to identify risks and define mitigation actions related to subcontractor management.
- Experience participating in bid and proposal activities.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
