Business Transformation Manager

Role Summary 

Leads the Business Transformation Management Office (BTMO), providing business transformation leadership, governance, and value assurance throughout the SAP transformation program. The Transformation Manager works closely with the Program Manager, business stakeholders, and workstream leads to ensure implementation decisions remain aligned with strategic objectives, business priorities, and expected business outcomes. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead the Business Transformation Management Office (BTMO) and oversee all transformation management activities. 
• Establish and maintain the business transformation governance framework. 
• Facilitate executive governance meetings and support strategic business decision-making. 
• Lead business impact assessments and evaluate the implications of key program decisions. 
• Develop and maintain the business case, benefits register, and value realization framework. 
• Monitor transformation performance and recommend corrective actions to maximize business value. 
• Coordinate with PMO, Functional, Technical, Data, and Organizational Change workstreams to maintain alignment across the program. 
• Prepare executive dashboards, governance reports, and business performance updates. 
• Identify business risks affecting value realization and recommend mitigation strategies. 
• Provide leadership, coaching, and quality assurance for Transformation Consultants and Analysts. 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 
• 5–10 years of experience in business transformation, business consulting, project/program management, business analysis, or related disciplines. 
• Experience leading business transformation or strategic initiatives within ERP or digital transformation programs. 
• Strong understanding of project management principles, governance frameworks, and business analysis methodologies. 
• Experience developing business cases, benefits realization plans, executive dashboards, and governance reporting. 
• Excellent analytical, facilitation, communication, and executive stakeholder management skills. 
• PMP, PMI-PBA, CBAP, Agile, or equivalent professional certification is a plus
