Business Analyst

. For the Data Analytics and Reporting team manpower complement, the candidate must have experience in handling data, processing data, and generating reports. The candidate must also be familiar with the tools used in data processing such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, and the like.<br/><br/>On the Business Analysis side, the candidate must be familiar with the software development life cycle (SDLC). The candidate must be familiar with the documents produced by a BA such as business process documents (BPDs, G&amp;Ps, URs, reports and dashboards. Must be able to prepare process flows, workplans, work manuals, presentations to different stakeholders, training materials, conduct trainings, facilitate meetings, adept in MS Excel and how data is connected to processes. Individual skills include organization skills, logical thinking, ability to identify business risks, optimize processes and introduce innovation, ability to communicate with different stakeholders (users, clients, developers, higher management, etc.) and can work with minimal supervision.
