🎯 YOUR MISSION
As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will lead the engineering lifecycle of complex systems, driving requirements analysis, architecture definition, specification development, design reviews, and verification activities.
🛠️ MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead technical activities in complex system engineering projects.
- Analyse requirements, define system specifications, architecture, and complete traceability.
- Produce high‑quality technical and engineering documentation.
- Manage and analyse requirements using DOORS or equivalent tools.
- Develop IVQ procedures: test definition, results analysis, and reporting.
- Coordinate engineering activities across multidisciplinary internal and external teams.
- Develop system models and architectures using MBSE tools (Capella, Enterprise Architect).
- Participate in project phase reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR…).
📚 REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Experience
- At least 5 years of experience as a systems engineer leading complex technical projects.
- Experience in systems engineering processes during concept, specification, and design phases.
- Familiarity with the IVQ engineering discipline: test procedure definition, verification analysis, and reporting.
- Proficient in requirements management tools (DOORS or similar).
- Experience with MBSE methodologies and tools (Capella, Enterprise Architect).
Technical Skills
- Strong ability to understand and design complex technical systems.
- Solid documentation and specification writing skills.
- Ability to coordinate technical activities across multiple teams.
- Understanding of engineering best practices.
💡 OPTIONAL / NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in the space sector.
- Knowledge of security and cybersecurity principles.
- Understanding of encryption, authentication, and non‑repudiation mechanisms.
- Familiarity with ESA ECSS and INCOSE engineering standards.
- Knowledge of GNSS systems, signals, performance, RF interference detection, and geolocation techniques.
