Program Manager (Space Sector)

- Lead and manage the Program end-to-end, ensuring achievement of strategic, business, and financial objectives.
- Coordinate and supervise Project Managers responsible for the different projects within the program.
- Consolidate and monitor planning, costs, resources, risks, opportunities, and contractual commitments.
- Manage priorities, dependencies, and interfaces between projects, products, and involved functional areas.
- Coordinate activities with Engineering, Production, Procurement, Quality, Commercial, and other stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with customers, partners, suppliers, and key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
- Report program status to senior management, identify deviations, and lead recovery plans and escalation actions when required.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, or an equivalent technical discipline.
- Proven experience managing complex technological programs with responsibility for business and delivery results.
- Experience leading and coordinating Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams.
- Solid experience in planning, cost, risk, resource, and contract management.
- Experience managing customers, partners, suppliers, and senior stakeholders.
- High level of English with strong communication and negotiation skills in international environments.
